Terms & Conditions

1. Overtime Charges: In the event that our photography session extends beyond the initially agreed-upon time, an additional fee of INR 3,500/- per hour will be applicable. Similarly, for any extra photographs beyond the discussed number, charges will be applied at the rate of INR 120/- per photo or INR 1000/- per set of 10 photos.

2. Contractual Terms: The terms and conditions outlined in our verbal discussion are binding for this contract.

3. Content Usage Rights: Content rights will be shared jointly between the client and Goa Pixels for promotional and commercial purposes.

4. Cancellation Policy: In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, a fee equivalent to 50% of the total photoshoot cost aka the advance advance will be applicable.

5. Inclement Weather Policy: Should any rains necessitate the rescheduling of the photoshoot to a later date, the client will be responsible for covering the photographer’s transportation costs, which will range between INR 799 to INR 2,000.

6. Shooting at Hotels or Resorts: If the client wishes to conduct the photoshoot at their chosen hotel or resort (Location of Stay), they are responsible for securing all necessary permissions. Goa Pixels shall not be held liable for any issues related to permissions regarding photography in the premises.

7. Photo Delivery: All photos taken during the shoot will be made available for selection within 24 hours of clearing the pending payment.

8. Edited photos will be delivered within 7 to 15 days after the client’s selection is received. Access to all shoot photos for selection will be granted only after full payment has been cleared.
